If you are not entirely satisfied with your initial paid subscription within the first 14 days of your initial upgrade (Starter $49, Growth $149, or Enterprise $399), you may request a 100% refund processed via Lemon Squeezy.
To prevent free-loading and compute exhaustion, full refunds apply provided the account has consumed less than 20% of its monthly probe quota and has not executed bulk competitor takeover exports. Accounts exceeding these thresholds are subject to prorated evaluation.
2Recurring Renewals & Self-Service Cancellation
You may cancel automatic recurring subscription renewals at any time directly through the customer billing portal. Subsequent recurring renewals are non-refundable, but your workspace retains full tier entitlements until the end of the paid cycle.
3Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud Enforcement
We are committed to resolving billing queries promptly. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback dispute without contacting support first results in immediate permanent workspace termination, domain blacklisting, and forfeiture of all pending balances.

Active subscribers are 100% shielded from future plan revisions. Your contracted pricing and domain limits remain intact throughout the active renewal lifespan.
5Unilateral Policy Amendment Right
SynapseGEO reserves the unilateral right to amend or update this Refund Policy and fair-use criteria at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication and apply to all subsequent orders, tier upgrades, and transactions.
